When your heating system is not working properly it can cause great discomfort and even health problems for your family. You are the best judge when it comes to knowing if your system is not working correctly. Like you know your body, you know when things are not right with your heating system. Make a mental note of the problems you are experiencing so you can give a good explanation of the problem to our service tech when he arrives.

While we specialize in Carrier, we service all brands of heating systems, whether it is a gas furnace, electric resistance heating, or a heat pump. For a list of the brands we service click here. If your equipment is not shown here, call us anyway because there is not much that we haven’t seen.

To place a service call, there a several options:

  • Call us at 205-322-2679 at any time and ask for the service department. If you are calling after normal office hours, you may leave a message on our automated message system and our on-call service tech will return your call within 30 minutes.
  • Email us by clicking on this link and we will call you on the next business day to schedule an appointment. Please note: if you have an emergency, please call rather than email.
  • Drop by our office at 520 Eighth Street South, Birmingham, AL 35233. We are at the corner of Sixth Avenue South and Eighth Street South near UAB.

Our service charges consist of two parts: a diagnostic charge and a repair charge:

  • The diagnostic charge includes getting a well-trained service tech to your home or business in a well-stocked truck and diagnosing your problem. Our office staff can advise you of the current diagnostic charge.
  • Once we diagnose the problem, we will then quote a repair price to you before we do the work for your approval.
