To place a service call, there a several options:

  • Call us at 205-322-2679 at any time and ask for the service department. If you are calling after normal office hours, you may leave a message on our automated message system and our on-call service tech will return your call within 30 minutes.

Our service charges consist of two parts: a diagnostic charge and a repair charge:

  • The diagnostic charge includes getting a well-trained plumber to your home or business in a well-stocked truck and diagnosing your problem. Our office staff can advise you of the current diagnostic charge.
  • Once we diagnose the problem, we will then quote a repair price to you before we do the work for your approval. However, some jobs involving underground work with unknown circumstances will have to be done on a time & material basis.
