Standard Heating Honors an Everyday Hero!
Birmingham is full of incredible military personnel and first responders who selflessly protect and serve our community. These unsung heroes go above and beyond the call of duty every single day in service to others. Standard Heating, Cooling & Plumbing honored one of these heroes by giving away a new heating and cooling system.
In December of 2023 Standard announced the winner of the Everyday Heroes contest, Connor Portwood. Connor is a Police Officer at the Pelham Police Department and his wife is a nurse. Their existing system had a leak and needed to be replaced. Friends, coworkers, and members of his church all contributed to Connor’s nomination. Standard Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is proud to have installed a new heating and cooling system for this very deserving family.
